Within this role you will report directly into John Carson and support a team of seven 'Purchase Ledger Administrators' on a day-to-day basis whilst also promoting their personal development and growth. - Maintaining company’s purchase ledger with the assistance of the team - Reconciling supplier statements to accounts for payments - Ensuring supplier reconciliations and payments are evenly distributed to the team and updating supplier information to our internal DMS - Reconciling manufacturer purchase ledger accounts taken by DD - Reviewing the purchase ledger team’s weekly purchase ledger payment reconciliations - Ensuring all documents are processed on time and fully completed for month end close as well as liaising with internal management and external customers - Assisting with closedown of purchase ledger at month end We are on the hunt for a candidate which can demonstrate excellent communication literacy, in particular Excel and Outlook.
