OTE Up to £50,000 per annum


About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect BMW motorcycle to match their lifestyle. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their riding preferences and recommend suitable BMW Motorrad models

  • Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to final delivery and post-sale support

  • Coordinate test rides, financing options, and trade-ins with professionalism

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Stay up to date with BMW Motorrad models, technologies, and accessories

  • Build long-term relationships and grow a strong client base through referrals and proactive outreach


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in vehicle or lifestyle product sales (motorcycle sales preferred)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle

  • Goal-oriented with a customer-centric mindset

  • Motorcycle license (preferred or required depending on location)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
