About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect BMW motorcycle to match their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their riding preferences and recommend suitable BMW Motorrad models
Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to final delivery and post-sale support
Coordinate test rides, financing options, and trade-ins with professionalism
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Stay up to date with BMW Motorrad models, technologies, and accessories
Build long-term relationships and grow a strong client base through referrals and proactive outreach
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in vehicle or lifestyle product sales (motorcycle sales preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
Goal-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
Motorcycle license (preferred or required depending on location)
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
