Customer Service Specialist - Belfast Vauxhall
Hours: Flexible start and end times (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.50 per hour with bonus opportunity available
New opportunity! We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Charles Hurst, Belfast Vauxhall. This role is key to ensuring excellent customer experiences across all Stellantis brands.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries
Representing all Stellantis brands with professionalism and care
Providing daily reports and updates to the management team
Monitoring and highlighting current customer service performance and trends
Supporting continuous improvement in customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach
Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and identify trends
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable
