Sales Support Manager

Job Title: Sales Support Manager 
Location: Charles Hurst Belfast Usedirect

Salary: £30,000 basic plus OTE up to £35,000 + company vehicle 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm. 40 hours per week, No weekends
Employment Type: Full-time. Permanent 

Are you a highly organized and driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Belfast Usedirect is looking for a Sales Support Manager to oversee our vehicle preparation, stock management, and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the vehicle progress process, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure vehicles are prepared, priced, and marketed effectively.
• Manage vehicle inspections, servicing, and valeting to maintain quality standards.
• Optimize vehicle display, photography, and online listings to enhance sales.
• Use CRM systems to track vehicle progress and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing smooth vehicle handovers.
• Work closely with the sales team to align vehicle availability with demand.

What we looking for?

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle stock management and sales processes.
