Showroom Host - Lexus

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45AM - 5PM

At Belfast Lexus we have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist / Showroom Host in our incredible state of the art dealership. Huge investments have been made to our Lexus site on Boucher Road in recent months, which will help to maintain this world-renowned Brand’s image as forward-thinking and truly innovative. As a receptionist you will be our customers’ first point of contact and are crucial in providing a Charles Hurst world-class experience. Our Hosts are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shines through during each customer interaction over the phone and in person. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for our customers
• You will carefully manage the switch board to ensure customers are put through to the correct onsite dealerships
• Meeting and greeting any internal Charles Hurst employees as well as external visitors
• Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
• Always maintain highest levels of professionalism

Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. You will possess strong organisation skills and a core eye for detail.

Having experience working in a similar role would be fantastic however, we are always keen to welcome on board total newbies!
