Aftersales Support Advisor
Monday to Thursday:  8am – 6pm, Friday: 8am -5pm, Saturday : 9am-1pm on a rota basis

Basic salary £22,000 per annum plus bonus up to £4,800
Toyota Belfast is recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will play an important role in our busy team with the Aftersales Department, working closely with the Workshop Controller, Warranty Administrator and Service Advisors,  you will provide support to ensure the customer journey is as seamless as possible.
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be reporting to the Aftersales Manager who will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability.
On a day to day basis you will be key to ensuring the Service department is operating smoothly by managing all the service related administration and liaising with the Service Advisors, Parts and Workshop Teams. You will also deal with some inbound service calls, call customers to confirm bookings and provide updates,  and ensure all required documents are fully and accurately completed.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage customer communication
- Administration tasks as given by the Aftersales Manager
- You will be responsible for the timely process of warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines
- Inform customers of turnaround times, ensuring effective communication throughout the time a customers’  car is in the workshop
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems accordingly
- Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Someone who can work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional manner , they will act with integrity, discretion and objectivity. They will be able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.
Desirable:
Previous experience with an automotive dealership
Technical knowledge would also be an advantage
Essential:
Full clean driving licence
