Salary: £42,000 - £52,500 per annum, (based on experience)

Hours: Monday- Friday 08:45- 17:00

Our Head Office is on the hunt to find a Dealership Accountant to come and join our fantastic team based out of Boucher Road. This role has been created due to the expansion of the Administration department.

This isn’t your average Dealership Accountant vacancy; you will report directly into the Divisional Accountant where you will work closely with Operational Management and with the support of your team will drive the business forwards.

The Dealership Accountant will lead our Finance team to produce timely, accurate and valuable financial information following Group Policies to help drive the business forwards. This opportunity will also provide the successful candidate with the ability play a major role in defining and implementing our new Dealer Management System (DMS), which will be a great opportunity for personal growth and positive change and innovation within the business.

  • Provide financial support to all areas of the business including operational, financial and divisional management as and when required
  • Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts in accordance with group policies and procedures which are to be submitted in accordance with group reporting deadlines
  • Attendance at monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Analysis and interpretation of dealership key performance indicators
  • Management and control of all dealerships financial information reporting
  • Preparation and submission of financial forecasts

We’re looking for an individual who has experience within a Dealership or Franchise; this is preferred but not essential. We also looking for someone who has the ability to work under pressure, schedule work appropriately and show initiative.

When new in role it is essential that you can work with new software quickly and efficiently as well as can portray enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment. Furthermore, an individual who can possess great communication skills and can easily build rapport with their fellow colleagues and stakeholders.
